ACMA with at least 6 years of post-membership experience in a utility company OR MBA from an HEC-recognized university with at least 9 years of experience in a utility company. Minimum 4 years of experience as a functional or team lead is required. |
Responsible for managing industrial and commercial billing operations in the Hyderabad billing region. The role includes team leadership, regulatory compliance, customer coordination, performance analysis, process improvement, technology integration, and budget management. |
| Deputy Chief Manager – Billing (Job Code: 8512-03) |
ACMA with at least 4 years of post-membership experience in a utility company OR MBA from an HEC-recognized university with at least 6 years of experience in a utility company. |
Oversees and improves billing operations in Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, and Sukkur regions. Ensures accurate invoicing, resolves billing issues, supports revenue improvement, and works closely with cross-functional teams. |

| Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management (Job Code: 8513-01) |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with
at least 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering with at least 2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of IT risk management, cyber security, and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL is required. Certifications like CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred. PEC registration is mandatory for engineers. |
Coordinates with IT teams to prepare and update departmental risk registers. Prepares regular risk progress reports and supports management in monitoring and controlling IT-related risks. |
| Engineer – Operational Risk Management (Job Code: 8514-01) |
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of safety systems, asset management, and operational risk standards such as ISO 31000 and ISO 45001 is preferred. Risk or HSE certifications are an added advantage. PEC registration is mandatory. |
Works with technical and operational departments to develop and update risk registers. Prepares management reports and supports risk monitoring across operational functions. |
