Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least a Graduation degree from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s degree, Islamic Banking certification, or professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA (Level-1 or above), depending on the position.

Key Skills & Knowledge

Applicants should have a strong understanding of Islamic banking products, SBP Prudential Regulations, and compliance requirements including AML and KYC. Good communication, customer handling, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for all roles.

Job Responsibilities Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth banking operations, compliance with banking laws and Shariah guidelines, customer service excellence, accurate transaction processing, audit compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal departments. Each role requires adherence to defined turnaround times and operational standards.

Employment Terms

  • Contract-based employment for three (3) years, renewable at management discretion.
  • Market-competitive salary and benefits as per Bank policy.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
