Post Name: Consultant Quality Management
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Pay Package: Negotiable
Contract Period: 3 Years (extendable for 1 more year)
Qualification Requirements

| a | Masters in Engineering Management, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field |
| b | Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering discipline |
| c | Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 |
| d | Expertise in organizational development and HR management to promote a strong quality culture |
| e | Proficiency in quality-related digital tools such as ERP, QMS software, Power BI, SPC tools, and Industry 4.0 applications |
| f | International certifications like Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQ certification will be preferred |
Experience Preference
- 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management within defense production, aerospace, automotive, or heavy engineering industries
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, rebuild, or overhaul of tracked and wheeled defense vehicles including MRAPs and MRVs
- Experience in supplier quality management, risk management, and international collaboration
