Position Overview

Organization: Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

Position: Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer

No. of Positions: 01

Location: MEPCO HQ, Multan

Contract Duration: 3 Years (Extendable once)

Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic HR requirements aligned with MEPCO’s vision and growth plans.
• Formulate and implement a 3-year HR strategy framework.
• Advise CEO and senior management on HR strategy and execution.
• Lead workforce planning, executive talent management, and succession planning.
• Oversee HR transformation, change management, and organizational development.
• Ensure HR policies align with internal needs and external regulatory environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Management Sciences (preferably HR or related field) from HEC-recognized university.
• HR certifications from reputable national or international institutions will be an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years experience at senior leadership level in large public or private sector organizations.

Age Limit & Salary

Upper Age Limit	60 Years (No Relaxation)
Salary Package	Rs. 0.8 Million – Rs. 1.0 Million per month (Negotiable)
Nature of Job	Contractual, Non-Pensionable
