Position: Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer
No. of Positions: 01
Location: MEPCO HQ, Multan
Contract Duration: 3 Years (Extendable once)
Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze strategic HR requirements aligned with MEPCO’s vision and growth plans.
- Formulate and implement a 3-year HR strategy framework.
- Advise CEO and senior management on HR strategy and execution.
- Lead workforce planning, executive talent management, and succession planning.
- Oversee HR transformation, change management, and organizational development.
- Ensure HR policies align with internal needs and external regulatory environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management Sciences (preferably HR or related field) from HEC-recognized university.
- HR certifications from reputable national or international institutions will be an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.
- At least 5 years experience at senior leadership level in large public or private sector organizations.
Age Limit & Salary
